Begin, Now and Again: a Daytime Meditation Class Series: Open to All Ages and Levels of Practice
From our very first time sitting, the practice of meditation is all about beginning again. So if this is your first class, or if you've been sitting for 20 plus years, as I have, you are invited to join in this exploration of the gifts to daily life that can come from Buddha's basic teachings on meditation practices and philosophy. Our capacities for wisdom and compassion are nurtured when we make time to turn our attention inward moment by moment in our sitting practice.
Registration (Please note that the registration fee applies to all five classes so you need to only register once)
$40 — $100
Please note that no one will be turned away for a lack of funds. Please contact registrar Nixa Schell at [email protected]
for financial arrangements or other questions.
