Kaia Kombat' Brik Bootcamp session starts August 28th!
Join us on Monday 8/21 at 6:30 PM for our Brik kick-off party!
Is this your very first Brik session? If so, HOW EXCITING! Come learn about what you can expect the next 6 weeks. During Brik we create building blocks with which to build a healthy foundation for improved health and fitness beyond the 6-week session. You will push past limits that once seemed impossible and you will redefine your strength and endurance. You will surprise yourself repeatedly on what you can accomplish if you push off the mental restraints you have placed on yourself in the past and just let it go. Full body pushups, doing a pull up, running a mile, or managing to do 1 minute of jump rope without being completely winded at the end- these are just some examples of what could be obtainable!
Been through a Brik session before? If you are a Kaia vet, it is SO IMPORTANT that you attend this kick-off. After a few sessions with Kaia, it’s easy to get comfortable because you “know the ropes” but take advantage of the burst of motivation this kick-off will give you! Come to build excitement, get new information, and help pump your Kaia sisters up. Get ready to make this your best BRIK yet!
This event is open to anyone who is currently registered or considering registering for the Brik session. Bring friends and/or family members! THIS IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED! The more friends you bring the more tickets you will receive for a very, very exciting prize!: A ticket to Kaia Conference 2017- a weekend full of fitness with your extended Kaia Tribe!
