Day of Caring brings together business leaders, campaign coordinators, certified nonprofit partners and volunteers across the region to work on needed service projects. Working together and fostering team-building within our community exemplifies our LIVE UNITED spirit.

This year’s event is going to be bigger and better with a chance to choose the day and project that works best for you! We need 1,500 volunteers to complete 44 different projects across the region in Amador, El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento and Yolo counties. Before the volunteer projects begin, we hope you’ll join us for an exciting kick-off rally at Cal Expo!

We are eager to make this our most successful Day of Caring yet.

If you are unable to join us on Day of Caring, but still want to give back to your community you can help us Stuff the Bus! We're collecting school supplies for kids in the Robla School District. We've made it esay to support the cause — shop our Amazon list or make a quick donation. For more information, visit yourlocalunitedway.org/StufftheBus2017
