Join Yoga Seed for an exploration of Ayurvedic principals and how to use them to understand self, wellness, interactions, and communication. Ayurveda emphasizes basic self-care as a fundamental necessity for individual and community health; this workshop will introduce daily self-care as a radical way to serve our communities.
No prior-knowledge necessary. Open to all students and teachers.
This workshop will be taught by Kathy Gehlkin (MA, RDN, CMT, and RYT) who is a Ayurveda Practitioner & Wellness Coach as well as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
This course provides 15 Hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits.
