Becoming fully agile means integrating systems across an entire organization, so that the business can become scalable and adaptive to change. Fortunately, a number of open source, free, and inexpensive tools include easy-to-implement integrations, if you know how to configure them.
This workshop will introduce a vision for integrating systems and people into an evolving, cloud-based organization that is both scalable and more fully agile.
Specifically, we will show how integration of 3 organization-wide concepts can be accomplished by integrating at least 10 specific types of systems.
The 3 organization-level concepts are:
1. Continuous Planning
2. Continuous Delivery
3. Knowledge Management
The 10+ types of systems include:
1. Knowledge Management Tools
2. Issue Tracking Tools
3. Code Management Tools
4. Build Tools
5. Pipeline Tools
6. Container Tools
7. Container Orchestration Tools
8. Testing Tools
9. Infrastructure Creation Tools
10. Configuration Management Tools
Attendees will leave with a better understanding of Continuous Delivery, Continuous Planning, and Knowledge Management, along with an improved ability to promote implementation of these approaches in their own workplace.
Please RSVP so that we can know how much food to order.
